Since our inception in 2023, the Women’s Monarchs Division has had four teams. This year, with a growing amount of players, we’ve added a Development Division to our league.
Our Development Division
The Queendom is expanding! After 3 seasons of building our “core-four” league, we’ve seen an incredible surge of interest that has blown us away. To ensure that no Woman is left behind, all players will have a home on the diamond, with the debut of the Development Division!
Whether you’re honing your skills, returning from injury, or balancing a busy summer schedule, the Riptides are our official ‘farm team’—ready to jump into the action when needed! More players, more ball, and a stronger baseball community. Let’s play! Players may be drafted from this team as needed, and new players may join at any time.
The Riptides will be available for exhibition games throughout the season, including practice games against girls’ teams from the Bluenose League. If you’re a coach and would like to invite the Riptides to play your team, contact coachjendonaldson@gmail.com to schedule a match!

Balancing their own play with the responsibilities of guiding others takes time, energy, and heart. They show up, not because they have to, but because they love the game, the growth, and the community it builds.
